If you’re a school, nursery, or educational centre planning to hatch quail eggs as part of a learning experience, we’d love to support you. Please get in touch with us before placing your order to let us know, and we’ll happily include a complimentary bag of our treat seed for the children to feed the birds. We can also provide printable day-by-day hatching guide or calendar PDFs to help you track the process and make the experience even more engaging and educational.

What is the return policy?
No Refunds or Replacements*: Due to the variables involved in hatching (incubation setup, shipping conditions, and the buyer's experience), we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the eggs. *with some exceptions

Dispatch & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 7 working days. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Postage fees for hatching eggs are fixed at £5.40 for Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery to ensure they arrive quickly and safely!
To reduce time in transit, we ship Monday to Thursday (occasionally Friday) so eggs don’t sit in the postal system over the weekend. We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Isle Of Man.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send hatching eggs to Guernsey or Jersey due to avian influenza restrictions and the significant paperwork and associated costs involved in exporting eggs to the Channel Islands.
Quality Assurance
You will receive fresh, fertile eggs (no older than 48 hours) and extra eggs to help maximize your hatch rate. I have received great feedback on the quality and success of these eggs from reputable breeders in which we swapped/ refreshed our bloodlines.
