No Refunds or Replacements*: Due to the variables involved in hatching (incubation setup, shipping conditions, and the buyer's experience), we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the eggs. *with some exceptions
Non-Egg Refunds:

Non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
