Refund policy

No Refunds or Replacements*: Due to the variables involved in hatching (incubation setup, shipping conditions, and the buyer's experience), we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the eggs. *with some exceptions

Non-Egg Refunds:

  • Non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
