  • Fertile eggs are sold for hatching at the buyer’s own risk. Hatch rates are influenced by factors outside our control, including handling, incubation setup, and experience.

  • Enrichment feeds and products are supplementary only and are not complete diets unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock availability or misuse).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Eggs are shipped Monday to Thursday (occasionally Friday) to reduce time in the postal system.

  • Shipping methods and prices are clearly shown at checkout.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Fertile Eggs – Important Information

  • Fertile eggs are perishable and time-sensitive.

  • Due to the nature of hatching, we cannot guarantee hatch rates.

  • Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, fertile eggs are non-refundable once dispatched, except where required by UK consumer law.

6. Returns & Refunds (Non-Egg Products)

  • Non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
