What is the return policy?
No Refunds or Replacements*: Due to the variables involved in hatching (incubation setup, shipping conditions, and the buyer's experience), we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the eggs. *with some exceptions

Dispatch & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Postage fees for hatching eggs are fixed at £5.40 for Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery to ensure they arrive quickly and safely!
To reduce time in transit, we ship Monday to Thursday (occasionally Friday) so eggs don’t sit in the postal system over the weekend. We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Quality Assurance
You will receive fresh, fertile eggs (no older than 48 hours) and extra eggs to help maximize your hatch rate. I have received great feedback on the quality and success of these eggs from reputable breeders in which we swapped/ refreshed our bloodlines.
